Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@snuggl.com.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
